Burgess Brokers 54,000 SF Saugus Office Sale for $6.5M to Eliot

SAUGUS — Burgess Properties, LLC, a Greater Boston suburban commercial brokerage firm has brokered a 54,000 SF office sale to Eliot Community Human Services at a price of $6,500,00.

Eliot had been a long-term tenant at 1715 Broadway, Saugus, MA- also known as Corporate Center North. Over time, Eliot expanded its programs to multiple floors at 1715 Broadway, which eventually led to its purchasing the building altogether.

According to its website, Eliot serves over 60,000 children, youth, and families annually and employs 2,500 staff. Burgess Properties also previously brokered the sale of 125 Hartwell Ave, Lexington, which serves as Eliot’s corporate headquarters to this day. Bill Clark, Steve Nohrden and Charlie Jacob of Burgess Properties, LLC were the sole brokers in this transaction.
