220 Forbes Business Center, Braintree MA

BRAINTREE — Hunneman recently brokered two leases totaling 34,000 square feet for KS Partners at the Forbes Business Center in Braintree, Massachusetts. The new leases are both located in the 220R building within the office park, which is now fully occupied with Massachusetts Department of Children and Families taking 24,103 square feet and Cortica Care leasing 9,576 square feet. The two remaining buildings at the Forbes Business Center are occupied above current submarket averages.

“We’re thrilled to welcome both Cortica Care and the Department of Children and Families to the Forbes Business Center,” said Ned Halloran, Executive Vice President of Leasing & Advisory at Hunneman. “Forbes Business Center offers tenants modern facilities, with convenience and accessibility attributes that are highly important to their employees. As we’ve seen time and time again, strong ownership continues to attract tenants, and KS Partners is a prime example of this trend.”

The three-building, 150,000-square-foot Forbes Business Center features a full-service cafeteria, modern fitness facility with showers and locker rooms, on-site property management, and a fully built out, versatile conferencing space. Ideally located near the Braintree Split at the I-93/Route 3 junction, the property provides convenient highway access, ample on-site parking, and is just minutes from the South Shore Mall, retail, dining, and hospitality options, including a Residence Inn, Legal Seafoods, Starbucks, and 110 Grill.

“We’re proud to see continued momentum at Forbes Business Center, with 220R Forbes Road now reaching full occupancy,” said Jennifer Carrigan, VP, Director of Leasing at KS Partners. “This milestone reflects not only the strength of the asset, but also the exceptional, decade-long partnership we’ve had with our representation with Ned Halloran and Leeanne Rizzo at Hunneman, whose expertise has been instrumental in driving its long-term success.”
