NEEDHAM — Petrini Corporation, the legacy building company founded in 1945, known for its excellence in value-built homes, post World War II, has steadily extended its offerings over the course of the last 80 years, offering multifamily and commercial real estate to its family portfolio.
A premier asset in Petrini’s office holdings, 140 Gould Street has recently secured a 10-year lease with a leading clinical provider. The two-story stucco-paneled building, which has recently undergone $3 million in capital improvements, is ideally located immediately off Route 128 at the Highland Avenue exit, positioning it as a highly desirable location for regional operations.
“We’re thrilled to have finalized a long-term lease with a mission-driven organization that is making a significant difference in the lives of children and families,” said Curt Petrini, Vice President of Development.
The new tenant will utilize the space as a specialized clinic, providing personalized autism care and therapy through a team of certified clinical therapists. The move highlights the building’s versatility and its appeal to high-quality healthcare and behavioral service providers.
The 9,417 SF lease at 140 Gould Street brings Petrini’s building to 90% occupancy. Gary May represented the building owners, while Colliers represented the clinic.
