NEEDHAM — Petrini Corporation, the Legacy building company founded in 1945, known for its excellence in value-built homes, post World War II, has steadily extended its offerings over the course of the last 80 years, offering multifamily and commercial real estate to its family real estate stable.
Included in Perini’s office holdings, 140 Gould Street, a well-positioned, two-story stucco-paneled building, which recently underwent $3M in capital improvements, has engaged a 10-year lease to ABA Centers of America. The property is immediately off the bustling Route 128, at the Highland Avenue exit, making it a desirable asset for any company.
“We’re thrilled with completing the lease with such a positive business making a difference in children’s lives,” Curt Petrini, Vice President of Development, told The Real Reporter. Through its certified Therapists, ABA Centers provide personalized autism care and therapy.
The 9,417 SF lease at 140 Gould Street brings Petrini’s building to 90% occupancy. Gary May represented the building owners, while Colliers represented ABA Centers.
