Fieldstone Completes 9,162 SF Clinton Industrial Sale to Biotech Builders

​CLINTON — Fieldstone Commercial Properties completed the sale of 180 Stone Street, a 9,162 SF industrial building in Clinton, MA, for $1,350,000. Nate Nickerson of Fieldstone represented the seller, 417 Bolton Road, LLC, while 180 Stone Street, LLC, the buyer, was unrepresented.

Biotech Builders Group, Inc., a Central Massachusetts–based construction management firm specializing in life science and pharmaceutical facilities, has acquired 180 Stone Street in Clinton.

The owner-occupant plans to utilize the property to support its continued growth, underscoring the company’s long-term commitment to the region and ongoing demand in the Central Massachusetts industrial market.
