Janitronics Building Services Names Tim Cullinan Chief Business Officer

WALTHAM — Janitronics Building Services, a building services provider in Greater Boston, announced the promotion of Tim Cullinan to Chief Business Officer (CBO), where he will lead growth, business development, and operational excellence.

As CBO, Cullinan will focus on elevating client partnerships while ensuring Janitronics continues to deliver leading service and customer satisfaction.

“Tim’s leadership, strategic vision, and deep understanding of both janitorial and life science cleaning have been instrumental in driving our growth and innovation,” said David Connolly, President and Chief Operating Officer of Janitronics. “He has been an integral member of our team, and we look forward to seeing him excel in this new role.”

According to a release, Cullinan joined Janitronics in 2015 as Director of Client Services and was most recently Senior Vice President of Client Services, where he drove financial growth and expanded the Life Science division. His exceptional leadership and strategic insight have helped foster a team culture committed to the company’s long-standing client satisfaction. He is recognized for bridging the gap between sophisticated facility requirements and high-touch client service.

Cullinan’s career began at Aramark, where he specialized in integrated facilities programs within the education sector and advanced to senior roles in operations, finance, and client relations. This foundation of financial acumen and operational knowledge, paired with a commitment to emotional intelligence, serves as the cornerstone of his leadership style today.

Cullinan received an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.S. from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He has also received numerous industry certifications, including a cGMP certificate from the Biopharma Institute, CIMS Expert, LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador, and Real Property Administrator from BOMI.
