Horvath & Tremblay at 10: ‘Incredibly Meaningful’ Day

June 05, 2026 — By Joe Clements
Boston, Massachusetts

LYNNFIELD — Homegrown startup Horvath & Tremblay which at 10 years has forged an independent brokerage whose 17 offices transact net leased and multifamily assets in nearly every nook and cranny of the Continental US, has made its milestone season even more memorable in announcing a “strategic integration” of B6 Real Estate Advisors—the “second act” of Gotham CRE sales legend Paul Massey—in a deal namesake principal Robert Horvath describes as “an incredibly meaningful moment” in outlining how co-founder Todd Tremblay and he “looked up to Paul,” best known for his NYC investment sales juggernaut Massey Knakel, partner Robert Knakel and he sold in 2014 for $100 million before launching B6, an enterprise “where Paul continued to demonstrate the resilience, entrepreneurial drive and long-term vision that define his career and earned him deep respect throughout the industry,” relays a press statement issued late yesterday that explains the expanding HT office in NYC will be led by Massey from his group in Bryant Park.

“This is an incredibly meaningful moment for us,” states Marcus & Millichap alum Horvath who recounts that when he and Todd Tremblay were conceiving their Lynnfield-based company in the mid-2010s, “Paul was generous with his time, a great sounding board for us early on, and someone whose experience we genuinely valued.”

“Having the opportunity to now partner together as we continue expanding our national platform is both exciting and incredibly rewarding for our entire team,” adds Horvath in deeming his idol “one of the true icons of New York commercial real estate” whose “relationships, leadership, and understanding of the market are extraordinary.”

Massey had equally ebullient words for the arrangement he observes as “a unique opportunity to combine deep New York enterprise with one of the country’s fastest growing investment real estate platforms,” further describing his new partner as “an outstanding firm with a strong culture, exceptional leadership, and a clear, long-term vision” and says “I have admired and am proud of what Horvath & Tremblay have built over the years, and I am excited about the opportunity to grow together and continue expanding the platform in New York and nationally.”

Horvath & Tremblay specializes in investment sales, 1031 exchanges, debt/equity placement and appraisal and valuation services, whose 10 years in business have produced relationships with thousands of real estate investors and industry professionals, plus the company headquarters in Lynnfield. There are two main lines, the net-leased contingent and a separate multifamily division led by Executive VPs Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore.

Besides its office on West 40th Street in New York City and Bay State operations at the Lynnfield headquarters and in Foxborough, the Horvath & Tremblay platform has offices from Austin, TX , to Chicago and Oak Brook IL, and west to Park City UT plus three offices in Florida: Jacksonville, Miami and Tampa. The firm reports over $10 billion in recent transactions across 44 states.
