Alvarado of Commercial Property Advisors Secures New Corporate HQ for Sager Electronics

Norwell — Commercial Property Advisors completed the leasing brokerage for Sager Electrical Supply Company (“Sager Electronics”), which has signed a lease for 15,856 rentable square feet of office space at 141 Longwater Drive in Norwell, Massachusetts. Commercial Property Advisors represented Sager Electronics in the transaction, while the company will relocate its headquarters from Middleboro, Massachusetts, later this year.

The new facility was selected to reflect Sager Electronics’ commitment to fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace environment. The space features modern amenities, in-office hoteling opportunities, shared gathering spaces, and flexible collaboration and meeting areas designed to support productivity and enhance the employee experience.
