TA Realty Makes 9 Building $390 Million Shopping Center Purchase From Gravestar

BOSTON - Boston-based TA Realty has completed a series of purchases of area shopping plazas for a total of $383,803,000. Gravestar, Inc. of Cambridge, MA was the seller and the massive shopping center deal was brokered by Newmark (see details in full story). With these nine sales, Gravestar remains the holder of just one building in its portfolio, a 25,000 square foot office in East Cambridge that also serves as its headquarters.
