Peabody’s O’Shea Building Fetches $2.8 Million

The historic O'Shea building in Peabody, Massachusetts has sold for $2,800,000.
The property was built in 1904 with two floors of what are now 10 apartments above street-level restaurant space. The North Shore Children's Museum will soon re-open across the street.
The seller had owned the parcel since 2017 when it was purchased for $1,750,000. That seller bought the building and renovated the top two floors into residential housing.
The buyer is Viceroy Capital Management.
