Jack Conway CRE Brokers $4 Million+ Dental Property Tri-Fecta

​Hanover — Jack Conway Commercial has completed the $4.085 million sale of three dental properties in Plymouth, Norwell, and Quincy, expanding the Massachusetts portfolio of a buyer with multiple dental practices and properties throughout the region.

Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, brokered the transaction, representing the sellers and procuring the buyer, Dr. Munal Salem.

The properties — 49 Obery St. in Plymouth, 80 Washington St. in Norwell, and 24 Quincy Ave. in Quincy — were sold by Norwell Surgical RT, Quincy Surgical RT, and Plymouth Obery St., LLC. Coastal Heritage Bank provided financing for the transaction.

Salem owns multiple dental properties and practices throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. All three properties are occupied by Qualities Dental Partners, a doctor-owned dental partnership network providing general dentistry and dental specialties throughout Southern New England.

The three-property transaction brings together medical office real estate in three distinct Massachusetts communities, with each property currently serving as a Qualities Dental Partners location.
