HTS Engineering & Centennial Park Land 18k+ SF Lease
September 15, 2026
1 Corporation Way, Peabody, MA
PEABODY— HTS Engineering has taken 18,581 square feet at 1 Corporation Way in Peabody. The lease extends the HVAC firm’s regional footprint inside Centennial Park as activity in the North Shore industrial corridor holds steady. The company, which operates 16 locations across North America, is securing space in one of five buildings owned by Combined Properties.
Centennial Park’s position at the junction of Route 128, I‑95, and Route 1 continues to draw medical, logistics, and technology users seeking access to Boston and Logan Airport, roughly 17 miles south. The business park has remained a consistent destination for regional operators seeking modern flex and industrial options.
Greg Regazzini of Combined Properties represented the landlord, and Tamie Thompson of JLL represented the tenant in the lease. HTS handled the transaction internally.
