Triglione of Nordlund Brokers Lynn Warehouse/Flex Space for $1.8M

Lynn — Brian Triglione of Nordlund Associates recently completed the sales assignment for Chaves Flooring Inc., acquiring 748-752 Western Avenue in Lynn. The 8,719 SF industrial warehouse is situated on 0.618 acres with direct frontage on Western Ave — the property sold for $1,800,000 which equates to $206 per SF.

Chaves Flooring Inc. is a commercial flooring business specializing in selling and installing flooring products throughout New England.”

Triglione represented the buyer, Chaves Group LLC and Todd Koss of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties LLC represented the Seller, 748-752 Western Ave, LLC.
