BOSTON –– Savills has represented GSC USA in a 231,000-square-foot lease renewal at 175 Pioneer Drive in Leominster, Massachusetts. The renewal positions the plastics injection molding company for long-term growth while enabling reinvestment in operations and equipment.

According to a release, the renewal reflects GSC Technology’s commitment to its Leominster location, a historic hub of plastics manufacturing and a key operational center for the company’s emerging U.S. production.
