Local Building Services Firm Janitronics Continues Growth, Elevates Management Team

​WALTHAM–As the CRE industry continues to ride a record breaking run of building sales, development permits and absorption, the companies that service the investor’s buildings are also experiencing a healthy growth stage. Waltham based, and privately owned services firm, Janitronics Building Services is coming off a year of several new client commitments, including a few in the bio-tech space; and for its gains, the firm has announced promotions to its existing team - as well as positions on local association boards.

Tim Cullinan has been promoted to Vice President of Client Services. Cullinan joined Janitronics in 2015 and continues to build a strong presence within the firms network. Cullinan will continue his work with new business opportunities as well as innovations in equipment and supplies.

Scott Smarse has begun the role of Director of Client Services. Smarse joined the team in 2016 in supporting the Operations Team with multiple client portfolios.

Luis Nova recently began his new position as Client Relations after more than a decade of servicing the areas highest profiled real estate group, along with several select suburban property owners. According to the firms COO, David Connolly, “Nova has been instrumental in helping Janitronics implement and improve softwares and other rapidly changing technologies that will position us for imminent and future growth across all management services offered.”

Along with its in-house accolades, the company also announced its Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Dorrian Fragola has been appointed to the BOMA Board of Directors. After a decade of active membership, and two years of chairing their educational committee, she begins her new position as Theme Director to the Programs and Education committee. She will help BOMA in their mission to promote excellence in commercial real estate ownership, management and operations. “Helping to shape BOMA’s programs has been a passion of mine for a long time, and I look forward to continuing to guide the committee,” said Fragola. She will also participate on the planning committee for BOMA’s National Convention which will be coming to Boston in 2021.
