JPMorgan Chase Expands Boston CRE Lending Team

BOSTON-JPMorgan Chase announced the Commercial Term Lending group recently hired Michael Wiseman as Client Manager for Northeast Multifamily Lending, further expanding its CRE Boston team.

“Boston is a vibrant city experiencing growth that’s driven by strong higher education, career opportunities, as well as a supportive business community,” said Kurt Stuart, JPMorgan Chase Head of Commercial Term Lending for the Northeast. “With Michael joining, we’re continuing to build a robust team here that offers both local industry expertise and the strength of a global bank to help real estate investors navigate the entire market cycle, added Stuart.”

With over 11 years of experience in financial services, Wiseman joins the firm from Norwood Bank where he was Vice President of Real Estate Finance. He previously held roles in portfolio management and commercial loan originations with Santander Bank in their Business Banking Division. Wiseman has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Keene State College and received his MBA from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

According to a release, Chase Commercial Term Lending employs over 1,000 in the Boston metropolitan area across commercial banking, consumer & community banking, corporate & investment banking and asset management. JPMorgan Chase provides business customers in Massachusetts with comprehensive financial services.
