Jay Nuss Realty Group Represents 90-Year Legacy Auto Repair Building Sale

EAST BRIDGEWATER — The Braintree-based Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC a commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently completed the sale of a legacy small business, Batti’s Auto Body Repair, located at 26 North Central Street in East Bridgewater.

After nearly a century of family ownership, Batti’s Auto Body Repair property was sold to Hugo Miguel Batista Charneca for the consideration of $1,250,000. The sale of this iconic property closed the chapter on a 90-year legacy of automotive service and community commitment in East Bridgewater.

According to a Nuss press release, under the stewardship of Dave Batti, who formerly incorporated the shop as Batti’s Auto Body, LLC in 2001, the shop became known for its precision work, integrity, and deep ties to the local community. From classic restorations to collision repairs, Batti’s Auto Body was more than a business; “it was a neighborhood institution.”

The building comprises 5,070 square feet of space and is situated on a .26 acre fenced-in lot.

Jay Nuss Realty Group’s automotive-related sales team of Angela Nuss, Liz Tavares, and Jay Nuss were the marketing brokers for the property and represented David Batti.
