BOSTON — Cimpress, the parent company of VistaPrint, has relocated its Greater Boston collaboration center to Burlington after securing a 14,000 SF lease at 2400 District Ave.
Cresa’s Transaction Management and Project & Development Services teams represented the company in both the site selection and workplace redevelopment process. The assignment centered on identifying a location that could support Cimpress’ largely remote workforce while providing convenient access to hotels, dining, and transportation for employees visiting from across the globe.
After evaluating 10 properties, Cimpress selected 2400 District Ave., a National Development property positioned near I-95 and Route 3. The Burlington location offers a mix of on-site amenities, hospitality options, and flexible workspace designed to accommodate meetings, training programs, and team gatherings.
Cresa also oversaw renovations to the new office, which included upgraded finishes, enhanced audiovisual systems and a combination of new furnishings and furniture repurposed from the company’s previous Boston-area workspace. The strategy reduced FF&E costs while supporting Cimpress’ sustainability goals.
“Cimpress’ new collaboration space in Burlington will provide its remote workforce a comfortable and dynamic environment for meetings, events and training,” said Amy Braun, principal of project management at Cresa.
Cimpress was represented in the lease transaction by Allison Hoffman, vice president, and Joe Doyle, managing principal, of Cresa. Ross Gaudet and Mike O’Leary of Cushman & Wakefield represented National Development.
