BOSTON — Freudenheim Partners has signed Bosse Sports Training to a ten-year lease at One Westinghouse Plaza in Boston’s Hyde Park neighborhood. According to a release this is the second location in Massachusetts for Bosse Sports Training.
An athletic performance training facility based in Framingham, the company will now expand to its second location in Boston. The building is situated within the Howden-Sirocco Industrial Park and provides unique access to downtown Boston via the MBTA Commuter Rail at Readville Station. Bosse Sports plans to open its doors in the fall of 2022.
“This new location will deliver an unmatched opportunity to create a state-of-the-art training destination for youth sports,” said DJ Bosse, CEO of Bosse Sports Training. “Freudenheim Partners found the perfect sports hub convenient for families in and around the greater Boston area where young athletes can develop their skills,” he added.
Leigh Freudenheim negotiated the lease on behalf of Bosse Sports while Phillip Verre, of Cushman and Wakefield, represented the Landlord, Seyon Group.
