Jay Nuss Realty Inks Two New Health Co. Leases at Braintree Highland MOB

BRAINTREE — Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC, negotiated two new leases at the Highland Medical Center, located at 1681 Washington Street in Braintree.

New tenants joining the growing tenant roster are South Shore Home Care and Prènoir Salon Suites. The leases were negotiated by Angela Nuss and Jay Nuss.

South Shore Home Care, which provides in-home medical and non-medical support for seniors, adults with disabilities, and those recovering from illness, has leased 700 square feet of office space located at street level of the three-story medical center. Prènoir Salon Suites, a company offering individual suites to personal care professionals, has leased 1,625 square feet of space, also at street level.
