HOLLISTON–Bret O’Brien and Kyleigh Caron of Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently leased 18,000 Sq. Ft. of Industrial Space at 74 Lowland Street in Holliston. The firm then subsequently put this fully leased building on the market as an investment sale at a 7% CAP Rate.
At year end, GBCP Squeezed in another trade in what was a busy year for the brokerage. O’Brien brokered the sale of three buildings located at 1 Keefe Road in Acton for $1,700,000. O’Brien represented the buyer as the sole broker of record in the transaction.
