NAI/Hunneman, Harvard RE Orchestrate 11,350-SF Lease

April 06, 2012

ALLSTON — Just in time for the spring season, a company that intends to construct New England’s largest indoor jumping facility has leased 11,350 sf at 100 Holton St. The 10-year commitment by Jump-On-In was negotiated by NAI Hunneman Commercial Co. for the tenant and landlord Harvard Real Estate Inc. representing themselves in-house. “The flexibility of the space at 100 Holton St., along with its proximity to the Massachusetts Turnpike, made the building a great fit for Jump-On-In, conveys NAI/Hunneman principal Catherine Minnerly, who oversaw the space search with Associated Ovar Osvold and Senior Associate Benjamin Sutton. Harvard Real Estate’s Gabrielle Ritter took the lead for the landlord. The 100 Holton St. facility offers 115,000 sf of flex/industrial space. Current tenants include Boston Boxing, Mass Motion and Quixote Production Studios. Dating to 1972, the facility has grade-level truck delivery doors and showroom display windows. The property can accommodate a range of uses, including office and research operations. The district is also priming for a major overhaul if the ambitious plans by nearby New Balance Corp. are realized and the company is able to expand its operations closer to Holton Street.
