Minnerly, Osvold Complete $1.5M Taunton Condo Sale

TAUNTON — NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services in Massachusetts, has brokered the $1.5 million sale of a 5,500-sf medical office condominium at 101 Industrial Park Rd., also known as the Myles Standish Medical Center, to Allergy & Asthma Care PC. The practice is relocating across town from the Northwoods Medical Center.

According to NAI Hunneman principal Catherine Minnerly, who brokered the sale with Associate Ovar Osvold, 101 Industrial Park Rd. is a new medical building “in a prime location with excellent highway access and close proximity to several hospitals” in the Interstate 495/Route 24 region. “It’s the perfect spot for D. David Accetta and his daughter, Dr. Deborah Accetta Pedersen to set up operations,” says Minnerly. The building offers suites ranging in size from 2,000 to 27,000 sf.
