KeyPoint Hired to Oversee 31,700-SF Vinebrook Plaza

BURLINGTON — Leasing and management duties for an established strip center across from the Burlington Mall have been awarded to KeyPoint Partners, officials at the locally based real estate services firm announced this week. Vinebrook Plaza is “extremely well located” and already boasts a stable of premier retailers, KeyPoint details in the press release that notes such denizens as Bank of America, Newbury Comics, Supercuts and Wendy’s Restaurant. KeyPoint VP of Leasing Donald Mace will lead the assignment on behalf of Vinebrook Plaza’s ownership, an entity known as 112 Mall Road LLC who has held the 31,700-sf asset at 112 Mall Rd. since its opening in 1973. According to one document, asking rents in the plaza is running in the $30 per sf range. Intersecting Mall Road and the Middlesex Turnpike, the 3.1- acre property’s neighbors include a Kohl’s Department Store, Barnes & Noble and several major restaurants. Vinebrook Plaza is the latest addition to KeyPoint’s vast footprint of exclusive retail listings throughout New England that today exceeds six million sf.
