April 07, 2026
Waltham — Janitronics Building Services, a privately held commercial janitorial provider in Greater Boston, has announced the expansion of its Waltham campus at 51 Sawyer Road. The company will officially open a 4,700-square-foot addition to its existing 19,000-square-foot headquarters and warehouse. The new space includes 17 offices, huddle rooms, a kitchen and coffee area, and additional meeting space.
The expansion is an important milestone for the company that will celebrate its 50th year in 2027.
President and COO David Connolly, CFO Vince Wong, and CBO Tim Cullinan led the expansion project, recognizing a need to expand in a way that supports both people and operations. The modern workspace enables greater collaboration, more training opportunities, and improved operational coordination. It also allows teams to engage more consistently and gain visibility into cross-functional activities.
“The expansion is a reflection of our growth, our team, and the trust our clients place in us,” explained Wong. “It also positions us to continue investing in the infrastructure, training, and operational excellence required to support the next generation of building services across New England.”
With clients in life sciences, higher education, commercial real estate, and healthcare, the expanded campus is designed to support an expanding workforce and client base.
As part of this expansion, Janitronics has also enhanced its Life Science Training Center, reinforcing its commitment to developing highly trained, specialized cleaning professionals for complex environments. The Center will have more space for hands-on training and additional structures for training. The expanded training center will allow cleaners to master basic Standard Operations Procedures before going on-site.
“This expansion reflects our continued investment in best-in-class service—through our new office space and enhanced life science training capabilities—so we can better support customers in highly regulated environments,” Cullinan said.
According to a release, Janitronics’ expansion demonstrates the company’s continued investment in its people, systems, and training programs. Its operational framework that enables the company to deliver consistent, measurable results while maintaining high service standards.
