Mansfield — Hunneman‘s leasing team recently completed the brokerage of a 96,000 square foot lease for U.S. Lumber, the largest, privately held distributor of specialty building material, at Oliver Street Capital’s Francis Logistics Center in Mansfield. U.S. Lumber will also have access to nine acres of outdoor storage in addition to the warehouse space.
“Francis Logistics Center is ideally suited to U.S. Lumber’s needs, and we’re thrilled to welcome them to the building on behalf of Oliver Street Capital, said Ned Halloran, Executive Vice President, Leasing & Advisory at Hunneman. “As the demand for lumber continues to be strong, U.S. Lumber’s newest New England outpost will support growing business operations with convenient transit and direct freight rail access.”
The 352,340 square-foot property located at 241 Francis Avenue boasts direct rail access to the main warehouse space and convenient accessibility to Interstates 95 and 495, as well as on-site parking. Francis Logistics Center offers four rail doors, 21 loading docks, and three drive-in spots. Remaining availability includes 216,000 square feet of high bay warehouse space and up to 10 acres of industrial outdoor storage.
