Freudenheim Inks 9,167 SF Lease for Cambridge Cable TV on Mass Ave

Cambridge — Freudenheim Partners is pleased to announce that it represented CCTV, also known as Cambridge Community Television, in the renewal of its 9,167-square-foot lease at 438 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge.

A longstanding community media center in Central Square, CCTV fosters free speech, civic engagement, and creative expression through media education, youth programs, production resources, and public access programming. The renewal ensures the organization will continue operating from a highly visible and accessible location that supports its work in Cambridge and the broader region.
