Stubblebine Co. Having Busy Summer: Arranges a Series of Flex Space Sales and Lease Ups

LEXINGTON — The Stubblebine Company has certainly had an aggressive deal summer thus far, as indicated with warehouse-flex trades and lease extensions over the past few months; starting with a 10,850 SF industrial building on 34 Newark Street in Haverhill, MA. The company represented seller, NEW LLC in a $1,600,000 sale.

For $3,180,000 Micah Stubblebine completed the sales assignment for 21A Concord Street, Wilmington, a 14,350 s.f. office building. He represented the Seller, E & H Development LLC, and Ed Carbone of Carbone Real Estate represented the buyer, Local 103, I.B.E.W.

Micah Stubblebine also arranged the $1,720,000 sale of an industrial build in Woburn, MA. Stubblebine represented the Seller, Holton Street Trust and Lina Verderese of Showcase of Homes represented the buyer, DMG Realty, LCC- in sale of the 11,700 SF property.

At 35 Upton Drive in Wilmington Ma, Stubblebine arranged lease extension negotiations for PVD Products. PVD Products, Inc. manufactures custom thin film deposition systems, reel-to-reel deposition equipment and combinatorial deposition tools for rapid process development. PVD renewed the 17,000 SF building of flex space. The Landlord (The Davis Companies), was represented in the transaction by James Lipscomb of JLL.
