AUBURN–David Skinner of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International recently sold a 36,576 SF industrial building to Killeen Machine and Tool Company at 43 Sword Street, Auburn MA for $2,525,000 ($69 per SF).
According to a release, the transaction represents the highest sale per SF to an industrial owner-occupier in the Worcester market. Stubblebine represented the Seller, RAM Construction. Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the Buyer.
The building boasts 25’ – 30’ clear height, three tailboard loading docks, one oversized drive-in door, a fully built-out showroom and a self-serve wholesale counter.
