Stubblebine Trades 105,790 SF Lawrence Industrial Asset for $5.1 Million

LAWRENCE– Micah, James and David Stubblebine, Principals at The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, recently sold 100 Shepard Street, Lawrence to Packaging Partners, LLC for $5.1M. David and Micah Stubblebine represented the Seller, Sekisui Voltek, LLC and James Stubblebine directly procured the Buyer.

Built in 1947, with renovations in 1960, and expanded in the 1980’s, the building offers over 5.5 acres of land and heavy electrical power.
