Specialty Emergency Pet Hospital Inks 19,874 SF Framingham Lease with The Hamilton Company

BOSTON — The Hamilton Company has signed a commercial lease agreement with BluePearl Pet Hospital, occupying 19,874 square feet at 659 Worcester Road in Framingham. The specialty and emergency pet hospital provides 24 emergency care and specialty services to pets, including internal medicine, surgery, and critical care.

“This commercial lease agreement with BluePearl Pet Hospital establishes an easily accessible, centrally located facility providing high-quality veterinary care services to Greater Boston and the MetroWest region,” said Jameson Brown, Chairman and CEO of The Hamilton Company. “BluePearl also properly complements our other commercial tenants at 659 Worcester Road, which is anchored by a Trader Joe’s market and a 99 Restaurants casual dining location.”

Ryan Minihan of CBRE represented the tenant, Blue Pearl Pet Hospital, in leasing negotiations. The Hamilton Company was represented by Carol Rash, THC’s Director of Commercial Property & Asset Management.

Founded in 1996, BluePearl Pet Hospital is one of the largest providers of specialty and emergency veterinary care in the United States, with over 100 hospitals in 30 states. The company relocated its former operations in Waltham to its new 659 Worcester Road facility.
