Pair of Fully-Leased Flex Assets Trade in Canton for $3M

CANTON–David and James Stubblebine recently completed the trade assignments at 300 Turnpike and 25 Marshall for $3M to a Boston based CRE investment company. Both buildings are fully leased flex industrial 20,000 SF assets. The Stubblebine Company represented the Seller and Buyer in both transactions. The buildings are exceptionally well located, and both have high quality tenants which have occupied the properties on a long-term basis.
