Recent Hires and Promotions Kick Off Summer CRE Movements

BOSTON – Cresa Boston, one of the largest global tenant representative companies, has announced the promotions of John Coakley and Paul Delaney to principal positions. Coakley and Delaney have been with Cresa since 2011, serving most recently as senior vice presidents. As principals, they will be responsible for further developing Cresa’s Boston team of tenant advisors while continuing to grow its portfolio.

WALTHAM Hobbs Brook Management, a commercial property management, and development firm announced the addition of three commercial real estate professionals. Ahad Choudhury will be joining as assistant real estate manager and construction specialist, Leyla Kimball will be entering as counsel of commercial real estate, and Emily Tinsley will be coming on as a tenant relations specialist.

MELROSE–Melrose Bank welcomed Edward Fitzgerald as Vice President, Commercial Lending. Fitzgerald will help to further diversify the real estate portfolio, facilitate construction financing, and embark on a focused commercial and industrial business lending effort for the Bank.

With over 30 years of business and financial experience, Fitzgerald brings 30 years of business and financial experience, and a reputation for effective client relationship management and business development, according to a release. He began his banking career at Eastern Bank in New Business Development and Business Banking.
