Mass General Brigham Renews 5,401 SF Medical Lease in Medford Via Freudenheim
April 30, 2025
101 Main Street, Medford MA
Boston — Freudenheim Partners announced the lease renewal of 5,401 square feet by Mass General Brigham at 101 Main Street in Medford. The deal secures a long-term commitment from one of the region’s premier healthcare providers within the professionally managed medical and office condominium building.
Anthony Biette of Freudenheim Partners represented the condo owner, Gemini Realty Trust, in the transaction, while Julie Gray of Newmark represented the tenant, Mass General Brigham.
The lease renewal underscores both the value of well-located suburban medical office space and the strength of relationships built over time between landlord and tenant. 101 Main Street offers tenants proximity to major roadways, public transportation, within a building with multiple medical specialties.
“We’re thrilled to have Mass General Brigham continue their presence at 101 Main Street,” said a representative from Gemini Realty Trust. “Working with Anthony Biette and Freudenheim Partners has been a fantastic experience—he’s attentive, strategic, and always goes the extra mile. This was a long process and Anthony’s professionalism made all the difference in bringing this deal to the finish line smoothly.”
