Marcus & Millichap Brokers Five Massachusetts Net-Leased Asset Sales in 30 Days

BOSTON — The NNN Pro Group of Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of five net-leased properties in Massachusetts. The properties were sold by Glen Kunofsky, Josh Kanter, and Anthony D’Ambrosia over a 30-day period from October 5 through November 5 for a total of $32,386,000.

The properties Sold by the group are:

• 7,653-SF Starbucks, Verizon and Aspen Dental built in 2020 in Chelmsford, MA
• 6,505-SF retail shopping center built in 1960 in Beverly, MA
• 51,128-SF retail shopping center built in 2020 in Holbrook, MA
• 13,519-SF Walgreens built in 2005 in Plymouth, MA
• 20,000-SF Planet Fitness built in 2021 in Haverhill, MA
