BOSTON — The NNN Pro Group of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of five net-leased properties in Massachusetts. The properties were sold by Glen Kunofsky, Josh Kanter, and Anthony D’Ambrosia over a 30-day period from October 5 through November 5 for a total of $32,386,000.

The properties are:
• 7,653-SF Starbucks, Verizon and Aspen Dental built in 2020 in Chelmsford
• 6,505-SF retail shopping center built in 1960 in Beverly
• 51,128-SF retail shopping center built in 2020 in Holbrook
• 13,519-SF Walgreens built in 2005 in Plymouth
• 20,000-SF Planet Fitness built in 2021 in Haverhill
