Boston — Atlantic Property Management announced additional client growth in New England with the addition of three new property management assignments. 10 Cabot Street and 80 Optical Drive in Southbridge, Massachusetts, will be serviced by Atlantic’s management team, as well as 1275 Park East Drive in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

The new properties span a variety of asset types, showcasing Atlantic’s versatility and operational expertise, according to a release.

• 80 Optical Drive, a well-positioned office/flex property, also in Southbridge, is home to a mix of professional and light industrial users.

• 1275 Park East Drive in Woonsocket, RI, is a modern office/flex property offering adaptable space configurations for office, R&D, and light assembly tenants.
