Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale of a 24-Unit Providence Apartment Building

NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI — Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of Talbot & County Apartments, a 24-unit apartment property located in North Providence, RI, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $2,805,000.

Harry Verenis, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was also secured by Verenis. John Horowitz, Rhode Island Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Talbot & County Apartments is located at 1 Talbot Street in North Providence, RI. The property consists of two twelve-unit brick garden-style apartment buildings comprised of five one-bedroom and nineteen two-bedroom apartments.
