FITCHBURG — Taylor Saulnier of Mansard Real Estate facilitated the sale of Parkhill Plaza, a 55,000 SF retail center in Fitchburg, MA for $5,800,000. Mansard represented both the Seller, Aubuchon Realty Company and the Buyer, A1Q Park Hill Plaza via an off-market sale process.
The three-building trade features 20+ tenants and a valuable array of essential services. The anchor tenant, Aubuchon Hardware recently executed a new 10-year lease showing their commitment to the site. The sale included 3 buildings and a pad site that can accommodate future retail development. Parkhill Plaza was one of Aubuchon’s original holdings which they expanded over the years - with the most recent pad site being sold to Cumberland Farms.
