BRIGHTON—NBDevelopment Group recently signed Cambridge Naturals to join the retail line-up at Boston Landing. The natural health and wellness store founded in 1974 seeks to add a second location amidst the success of the shop in the Porter Square area of Cambridge.

Cambridge Naturals is owned and operated by founders Michael Kanter and Elizabeth Stagl, their daughter Emily Kanter and son-in-law Caleb Dean. The retailer has operated as a single location brick-and-mortar store for 44 years and plans to emulate its excellent customer service and exceptional shopping experience at this new location. Known for its supplements, herbs, clean body care, ethical lifestyle supplies and organic foods, representatives at NB Development Group believe it will be the perfect addition to Boston’s growing health and wellness arena. “Cambridge Naturals at Boston Landing will fulfill a demand for natural health products for office and lab tenants, retail patrons, sports users, and the community. We are excited that Cambridge Naturals is joining Boston’s health and wellness district,” remarks Erin Harvey, Senior Leasing, and Marketing Manager.

NB Development partnered with real estate consultant Graffito SP, whose representatives also praised the addition of the local business to Boston’s latest up-and-coming retail scene. “Cambridge Naturals has been a local, independent, family-run business for over 40 years. They offer an exceptional shopping experience through friendly, knowledgeable service and a unique product mix. Their team genuinely cares about the communities they operate in and we’re thrilled to have them as part of the retail mix at Boston Landing,” regards David Downing, Vice President and Director of Leasing & Development.

Cambridge Naturals joins a variety of retailers at Boston Landing including the New Balance Flagship store, Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar, NB Fitness Club, Kohi Coffee Co. and Flatbread Brighton. “We’re so thrilled to bring our unique brand of health and wellness retail to the growing community at Boston Landing. We feel that NBDG and their partner Graffito deeply understand the value of locally-owned businesses and the experience we provide for our customers,” claims Emily Kanter, Co-Owner of Cambridge Naturals. The owners look forward to contributing to this mix of retailers, fitness facilities, and food industry members rooted in principles of health and wellness.
