Linear Retail Property Partners With H&T On Plymouth Acquisition

PLYMOUTH Linear Retail Properties, LLC, has acquired Pilgrim Hill Marketplace, a 19,631 sq. ft. pharmacy-anchored shopping center, located at 2-8 Pilgrim Hill Road in Plymouth, MA for $7,950,000. The site is positioned at the intersection of Pilgrim Hill Road and Samoset Street, 0.3 miles from Exit 6 on Route 3. The deal was marketed by Bob Horvath of Horvath & Tremblay who represented the Seller.

Horvath elaborated on behalf of the agency’s partnership with Linear Retail. “Horvath & Tremblay has a longstanding relationship with Linear Retail, we were excited to bring the parties together for a seamless and successful transaction… we look forward to working with the Linear team again soon,” extolled Horvath.

Aubrey Cannuscio, Partner of Acquisitions with Linear Retail Properties, spoke about the success of the collaboration and the property exchange. “The acquisition of Pilgrim Hill Marketplace is our first acquisition in New England’s oldest municipality, this CVS anchored, convenience center is right down the middle of our investment strike zone…thanks to Bob and his team for presenting this exceptional retail investment opportunity,” acknowledged Cannuscio.

Pilgrim Hill Marketplace is leased to CVS Pharmacy and Minute Clinic, Mutual Bank, and Family Pizza. There is 1,782 – 4,294 sq. ft. available for lease.
