BURLINGTON - KeyPoint Partners (KPP) managed property portfolio continues to grow with new Massachusetts retail assignment. KPP will manage South Cape Village, Mashpee, MA, according to William Lawler, Partner & Director of Property & Asset Management at the Burlington firm. KPP client Ares Management awarded the contract. “We’re pleased to take on this high-quality asset, and we’re proud that Ares Management has once again placed their trust in us,” Lawler said. KPP’s management portfolio now totals nearly 23 million square feet across 325+ properties in 14 states.
South Cape Village is a 141,251-square-foot village-style shopping center anchored by Roche Brothers Supermarket, HomeGoods, and Marshalls, located at the Route 28 and Route 151 rotary in Mashpee, Massachusetts, a well-known shopping destination for all of Cape Cod.
