Janitronics Staffs Up for Further Growth; Continues Expanding
October 17, 2018 - By The Real ReporterWALTHAM–As the Greater Boston commercial real estate market continues its triumphant run for the ages with record-breaking building swaps and historical low vacancies, lost in the growth column are the service management companies, who, along with their clients continue expanding their footprints. “Sustainable growth strategy is at the forefront of our business model,” expressed David Connolly, COO of Waltham based Janitronics Building Services, the organically grown company who recently hired another round of executive and middle managers to keep pace with its continued productivity.
“We have been fortunate over the past decade to carve a niche with our local clients who trust us and our priorities of top service, and as a result, we continue to build solid client partnerships in the New England region,” adds Connolly.
The company has hired several new employees over the past year alone. Recently joining its management team. Ben Celado was hired as Director of Human Resources. Celado is a HR professional whose career spans over 15 years helping organizations build and develop teams. He has worked in both for-profit and nonprofit arenas to provide a fair and balanced approach to HR. Most recently at Harvard University - School of Public Health and Boston University -Medical Campus, Celado worked with faculty and staff whose outreach has been effective globally.
Bobbie Borisova joined Janitronics as Assistant Controller effective last month. Borisova was most recently with WC Research in Woburn where she was an account manager with a diverse portfolio, focusing mainly on management and finance. She has a degree in Marketing and an MBA in International Business and Management. She will be working on several client financial projects.
Christopher Anderson joined the Janitronics team as Client Relations. He will oversee a large portfolio for a long-standing valued client - with properties in Waltham, Wakefield and Rhode Island. Anderson graduated from the University of Maine with a BA in Political Science. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an Ensign in the US Navy where he served as a Surface Warfare Officer for eleven years in various capacities. Upon completing his service with the Navy, Anderson began a career in property management and later on in Privatized Military Housing. His career has taken him to Florida and Alaska. In 2013, Anderson served as the Regional Property Manager for the Navy Northeast with Balfour Beatty Communities.
