Hunneman Team of Allen and Oppenheim Represent NexTek in 11,214 SF Lease of Billerica Flex Space
October 20, 2021
101 Billerica Ave.; Billerica MA
BOSTON — Hunneman recently completed the long-term lease at 101 Billerica Ave, on behalf of NexTek. Hunneman’s Michael Allen and Ken Oppenheim represented the Tenant, and JLL’s team led by Jamey Lipscomb represented the Landlord, Camber Development.
101 Billerica Avenue in Billerica consists of six buildings totaling 450,000 square feet of office/flex and R&D space. The Park was recently acquired by local operator and investor Camber Development with plans to improve existing infrastructure and stabilize with companies in the tech and life science sectors.
“The scarcity of quality flex space continues to be the trend throughout Greater Boston. NexTek was fortunate to identify a space that will improve their operations and accommodate future expansion” said Allen.
NexTek, marketing coaxial surge protectors and high current EMI filter products, will relocate from Westford, MA.
