Kelleher & Sadowsky Brokers Sale of Historic Worcester Office Complex

31 Harvard Street, Worcester MA

WORCESTER—Will Kelleher and David Cohen from Kelleher & Sadowsky of Worcester, recently brokered the sale of 31 Harvard Street in Worcester. The site consisting of ±9,300 SF of office space sold for $420,000 to Kenneth Davis.

The seller and current tenant, Family Services of Central Massachusetts, will remain at the building as a tenant until locating a replacement facility. Once the property becomes vacant, the new owner plans to renovate the historic building. So far, development plans consist of providing a mix of office suites and possibly some residential apartment units.
