Hajjar Management Secures $7.4M From Rockland Trust For Redevelopment of Former Fall River School

Fall River — Hajjar Management Co., Inc. has secured $7.4 million from Rockland Trust for the redevelopment of the vacant three-story former Notre Dame Grammar School in Fall River. The former 45,640 SF school located at 34 Saint Joseph Street will be converted into a 48-unit apartment building being branded as The Lofts at Lafayette.

The revitalization of the Lofts at Lafayette is expected to be completed in early August of 2023. All 48 units at will include two off-street parking spots. The multifamily complex will include a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom townhouse-style units. The complex is conveniently located within a few minutes drive from 195 and Route 24 and is within walking distance to Lafayette Park and Edmond P Talbot Middle School. It is nestled on a quiet street and is within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants.
