Glaskin/Leppo of Coldwell Complete $19.55M Office Trade in Back Bay Boston

BOSTON — Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty has facilitated the sale of 581 Boylston St., a 40,000-plus square-foot, eight-story office building with ground-floor retail space in the premier, Back Bay shopping district. The historical Wesleyan Building traded for $19.5 million.

“This was a rare opportunity to buy a notable vintage property, The Wesleyan Building, in a class-A location. The Wesleyan Building, constructed in 1912 and renovated in 1987, offers ground-floor retail space just a short distance from the Boston marathon finish line. Typical floor plates are approximately 4,500 square feet.

Glaskin and Gregg Leppo of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty procured the buyer, a local investor.
