Marblehead — Freudenheim Partners recently completed the retrail sale of 12 Atlantic Avenue, a premier 3,450-square-foot retail/office building located in the heart of Marblehead’s vibrant downtown district. The property sold for $1.495 million (approximately $433/SF).
12 Atlantic Avenue is fully leased to two established tenants: Eat Well Kitchen, a health-focused eatery offering organic juices and wholesome menu options, and BTone Fitness, a boutique gym specializing in Pilates-inspired strength training.
The building includes 13 dedicated on-site parking spaces along with additional street parking, making it a rare and highly desirable asset in the area.
Anthony Biette of Freudenheim Partners represented the owner and procured the buyer for the transaction.
