Freudenheim Facilitates Trade of 4,557 SF Standalone Revere Office

Boston — Freudenheim Partners completed the sale for their client, Ayni Institute this week. The purchase of 240 Harris Street in Revere, MA sold for $1,180,000 ($258.94/SF). The 4,557 SF standalone office building will be the Institute’s new training center.

According to a release, the building was constructed in 2014; the office building offers parking, easy access to public transportation, and high visibility with building signage opportunities in an excellent location near Route 1A, Route 16, and Route 1. In addition, the redevelopment of the Suffolk Downs site nearby will promote new economic opportunity and development through the creation of commercial clusters, including office, lab, and retail uses as well an innovation node at Beachmont Square. This new mixed-use district will attract employers of growing industries and create a truly dynamic work environment for the residents of East Boston and Revere.

Ellie Cullinan negotiated the purchase of the building on behalf of the buyer, Ayni Institute, while Charlie Jacob and Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties, represented the seller. “240 Harris offered Anyi Institute the unique opportunity to own their own training center near Boston,” said Ellie Cullinan, EVP at Freudenheim Partners. “After a full market search, we were very pleased to find a small stand-alone office building that was fully built out.”
