Financing Arranged For 5-Unit Boutique Luxury Condo Development Across from Boston Commons

BOSTON — FinanceBoston has arranged high-leverage senior construction financing for a 5-unit luxury condo development project located at 127 Tremont Street with direct frontage on the Boston Common. The developers, GP Properties have begun the early phase renovations to the mixed-use asset which sits directly across from Park Street Station with views of the Commons, toward Beacon Hill.

“This closing was completed by providing a construction loan for our client, midway through the project, “ said Brian Rooney, Associate at Boston-based FinanceBoston. “I am excited to see the final product, as this developer always delivers with top of the line finishes, added Rooney.”

The ground floor retail unit of 127 Tremont is leased to Dunkin Donuts through Linear Retail.
