FinanceBoston Arranges $4,765,123 in Construction Financing for Nantucket Cluster

BOSTON—Doug Landry of FinanceBoston recently advised and arranged $4,765,123 in senior financing for the construction of three high-end luxury homes on Nantucket. The homes will be part of an exclusive 13-lot subdivision and will have direct frontage on the legendary Miacomet Golf Course.

The financing was arranged via long-standing capital market relationships and involved the speedy closing in 21 days.
