MIDDLETON — Chris Everest, President of Nordlund Associates announced the recent sale of 14 Birch Rd., Middleton, Ma. The climate-controlled two-story Industrial ffex building features approximately 16 +/- feet height ceilings on each level of warehouse/light manufacturing space with private offices and bathrooms.

The approximately 33,160 SF building on 1.39 acres was purchased by Big Three Ventures, LLC from Birch Road 14, LLC. The property sold for $3,300,000; equating to $99.52 per square foot. Constructed in 1990, the property is just off Route 114, next to Market Basket and across the street from Starbucks & Walgreens, and just under 3 miles from the Interstate 95 / Route 1 interchanges.
